I have had nothing but trouble with this company. I ordered/Paid for Two lamps, they only sent me One. After I complained to E-Bay they sent me a second and two days later they sent me a third lamp. They offered to refund me $20 for my trouble but haven t seen it yet 80 days out. They asked me to pay for the third lamp that I did not order and do not need. I asked them to send me a return slip but, again I have not received it yet. This company has a big problem in their shipping department.

The buyer's words are not correct. She purchased 2 lamps, we sent out 2 at the same time. One used the DHL express service, another used the common shipping service. The buyer thought the second was very slow. It was the shipping season peak, sometimes it was hard to guarantee the shipment speed. During the waiting time, the buyer asked us to send the third package. Then, she received the second on FEB, 6, and the third on FEB, 9. Finally, we lost about $100 money, and got 2 negative feedback
