True Life Maritime Adventure
What an amazing story... shipwrecked on a secluded beach in Brazil in the late 19th century, and actually building a boat on the beach from materials salvaged from the wreck then... Sailing this boat along with your family thousands of miles back to the eastern seaboard of the USA. I am surprised it has not been made into a movie. Fact way more interesting than fiction. I highly recommend this book as well as Joshua Slocum's "Sailing Alone Around the World".
