The phone is fast and nice but it's a refurbished phone. The camera on this S10 plus is so bad I try not to use it much. Also, there's at least two small dents on the back of the phone as well as repair glue used to housed the back cover of this device. Nearly $300 for a refurbished phone? I've always shyed away from anything refurbished because of it being repaired from a customer who abused it. i feel like this was false advertising because this phone is in fact used and repaired. Not New!!

Everything was just as described. Except for one corner of the box being torn. The phone was new with screen cover, ear buds, quick start guide, sim tool, charger, wire, and dongle for moving data from my old phone to the new S10 Plus were all in the box. It had been an AT&T phone but after putting my Verizon SIM in it looked like my previous phone when turned on. At this point I am very pleased with the condition and speed it arrived.

The shipping/tracking experience was a bit strange, as some others noted, but it's most likely their outgoing USPS hub in that area causing those issues. Chose the free shipping option. Purchased on FEB 27th. ETA was MAR 1st, but arrived on the 5th. Overall, a pleasant and easy transaction. Thx, will definitely check this seller's store again when I need another phone in the future.
