I received an incorrect, damaged and used item. Contacted the seller and was told I would get a replacement item when it comes back in stock in a week or two. I checked with the seller every week for over a month and was told every time that it would be in stock the following week. Now the seller stopped responding to my messages, so I requested a return that was immediately rejected by the seller. SELLER LEADS YOU ALONG UNTIL BUYER IS OUTSIDE OF THE RETURN WINDOW!

Box arrived damaged and crushed on one side. Espresso pods were crushed and damaged. I contacted the seller, Clothes and More Four Less. They responded saying they would send a replacement box. The replacement box was never sent. I tried messaging again, and seller said box would be sent out that day. To date no replacement box has been sent. I tried messaging seller again but he does not respond.

Seller sent me different coffee pods from what ordered. The items are much lower quality and all of them have passed the expiration date long time ago. Items box have been stripped off the manufacturer label and you won't find out you received a lower quality items until you open the cardboard box. No chance to send the pods back as the open box won't be accepted by the return shipping company. This seller has an elaborate "business" strategy to get your money and slow the recovery of it. Avoid!

buyer opened a free return, then closed the free return, then demanded another label, then refused to send back, we can only do so much , but there will always be "these" types
