Yes, I have contacted the seller and I am waiting for a response. The snow globe came in. Insufficient packing. Arrived shattered and in pieces. Packaging soggy and wet. Disappointed that the seller didn't realize and take into consideration that it is the summertime and when it is hot outside and over 95° they've got the packages much better for it to arrive in one piece.
