We went to install the new mount and mirror when we open the box. There was no mirror. So I came and looked at the purchase details, and a mirror 8 1/2 inch was supposed to be included. The new mount does us no I’m sorry good without a mirror?

It has been over 30 days since the buyer received the package. I checked the other 9 that are in stock and none of them were missing the mirror. This item is pre assembled at Grand Generals Warehouse. Buyer never reached out to me about the problem. Since i sell the mirrors individually the mirror could have been replaced. I can not resolve a problem if the buyer never contacts me about the problem and never opens a return to send it back.
