Instead of apologizing or trying to rectify it, they told me I was wrong and that I need to file a claim with the shipper. Because of how poorly it was packed, I have no justification to tell the shipper this is their fault. Buyer was given opportunity to send product back to seller for refund or file claim with shipping carrier for damage. Also, buyer tried to purchase this item under a false name and address prior to this purchase. Seller refused sale. Also, item was tripled packaged with furniture plastic, copious amounts of bubble wrap, and double boxed. But accidents do happen with shipping carriers and by receiving docks since this was a stage theater the arrival destination.
