    The Miata factory valve cover gasket is the only way to go.

    The OEM valve cover gasket for the NA/NB Miata 1.8s is the only one that doesn't leak. Yep, they're expensive, but cheaper than installing an aftermarket one that leaks and then having to buy the OEM gasket like you should have in the first place and doing the job twice.

    Don't mess with aftermarket, get the OEM part

    OEM gasket is significantly better than any of the aftermarket valve cover gaskets I've tried. Those leak, this one is more substantial and does not leak.

    Fits way better than any non-OEM gasket. Always go OEM for valve cover gaskets, I've had two different non-OEM gaskets break on me already.

    No leaks!

    I haven't checked in a few days but last I checked after installing this gasket, replacing the aftermarket one the previous owner had installed, there have been no more leaks..

    Expensive but doesn’t leak

    Seems thicker (taller) than the after market gaskets which seem to always leak. Unfortunately it cost 3x as much but no leaks so far.
