    Good cooler

    This was a pretty easy install in my 2006 Nissan Armada. I have it mounted in the front passenger side just below the horns and right next to the electric fan, I used two of the supplied brackets but had to drill a pair of holes and use my own zip ties. So far it’s working as advertised, it seems to be a good tranny cooler.

    Tru-Cool LPD 4590

    Somewhere in the name of progress the manufacturing of this product has failed. What happen to Quality Control and pressure testing of every unit produced? Mine was defective on start up - nothing worse than having atf fluid puking out of the core of a new item all over your vehicle and garage floor. Buy at your own risk - just buy at the local auto parts store so you can return it to them when you are left with a mess to clean up and still needing a replacement.

    Incredible!

    Dropped tranny temps way below stock cooler temps. A must have for any vehicle whether city traffic or heavy hauling on mountain highways (I do both). Temps may rise to 190ish then plummet to 160's and stay there with 95f heat, a.c. on heading up I70 out of Denver. Installed on a 2008 Yukon XL 2500.
