- i***g (12)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaselaser engraver was not as pictured, worked with modification.the door switch was wired incorrectly, the laser is completely nonfuctional with the door open.- contacted seller, was told they wired it incorrectly on purpose.rotary attachment does not have the connectors pictured and neither does the laser. setup of the rotary is significantly more complex than the machine they actually advertise.shipping was reasonably quick, everything arrived safe. mediocre experience but could be worse.

Support is like pulling teeth no real answers. In short unit works but google will be your only guide, at this cost I would at least hope for a decent manual.

English skills are OK, not perfect. Very quick delivery from Poland to Germany, unfortunately the chiller was damaged during transport. Vendor accepted exchange without any problems, we did only provide some photos of the damaged chiller. Exchange delivery took some more days, but overall everthing has been delivered within the originally announced timeframe.
