Came in new condition UPS had to attempt delivery three times because I wasn't aware that someone needed to sign for it. Either I didn't read good enough or it wasn't posted that it would ship that way. Have set it up but haven't used it yet. Seems to run pretty quiet. If it was posted that it would ship that way, I apologize , If it doesn't specify, I would consider communicating that to buyers.
