Please know that these keypads have to be set to the correct protocol to communicate with vehicle. Ignition off/on 8 times to sync does not work.? Change pad's protocol. Seller should post the instructions for doing this. Change key pad protocol: press 1/2+3/4+9/0 buttons simultaneously, then enter factory code, then 1/0 button, then press 5/6 to confirm. Change to other protocol: press 1/2+3/4+9/0, enter factory code, then 9/0 button, then 5/6 to confirm. Worked on our 2008 E-350.
