Very slow to ship (10 days), and terrible quality of product. The seller did make a refund for the product, but honestly, it did not make up for the terrible condition the rug was in. Stained with major rust spots, big oil patches. Most of the carpeting loops were fraying. After spending hours (probably 8) trying to clean it, and dumping gallons of brown muddy water, I threw in the towel,the carpet ended up in the trash. The description did not match the condition of the rug by a huge leap!
