I ordered a unit and they restricted the delivery to require a person to physically recieve the package. They refused to have it sent to a fedex store to be picked up and would not let me sign online. Now they have my money and I am not able to recieve the package and they will not refund me until they get it back in the mail. Willie was very rude and unhelpful as well when I called to try and resolve the situation.
