    If you are looking for a fantastic durable aluminum paint for a bare aluminum look, Look no further. Alcad paints work, they go on flawlessly and produce the finish that you will love. No mixing is required it comes ready to use. Alcad makes paint for all your metal coloring needs. If you want distressed tail cones on a jet they have burned and blue tints available for you. You can't goe wrong. There are many venues on the net to view on how to use Alcad II. Don't be afraid to try it. It works.

    Produces the most realistic chrome like finish

    Produces a very realistic chrome like finish. Best if airbrushed at 15-20 psi in several light coats over gloss black enamel undercoat for deep chrome finish, gloss white if a lighter finish is wanted. Wait several minutes between coats and check the finish. Chrome finish emerges after it settles out and putting too many coats will start to dull the finish. If you think you do not have enough on it, stop and wait and see. Finish is pretty durable as is, but a light coat of Future floor wax will make it very durable. Have models coated with this product that are over 20 years old, still look like new. Highly recommended.

    Amazing paint!

    Looks amazing on my Tamiya P-51 1/32 scale. It's airbrush only paint so don't buy if you were thinking of using a paint brush to apply it. Goes pretty quick too. Needed two bottles. If you've never used this stuff, watch a few videos on YouTube. I ended up spraying a black basecoat under it.

    Well I purchased two bottles to paint a KC-97! I wanted that real metal look and Alclad II provides that regardless of your color selection. Easy to spray. Excellent coverage. Follow recommended base and sealer coats. You’ll be impressed and so will the judges at any contest you my enter! Good luck!
