The fridge arrived very speedily but unfortunately it never worked right from the start. The seller recommended turning it upside and leaving it for 24 hours . It didn't work . The seller offered to send out a new switch but I didn't really trust the item as it seems poorly made. The seller offered if I returned it to send out another one but I wanted a refund . It got sorted out and a refund issued when they received the item back ..the customer care team was very good and helpful .
