However the case that came was for the Oppo Reno 4 5G model. It fit overall, but several holes were covered. Apparently the various holes moved slightly from the 4G to the 5G model. Nonetheless, the vendor accepted the return and refunded the purchase price upon return of the case, which happened promptly. A very fair vendor.

On my second attempt of ordering i got it wrong again and they spotted it and corrected the order even refunding the difference. The delivery was quick and the item was well packed and very good value for money. I would definately deal with them again.

I contacted the seller who very politely and very quickly responded stating a replacement will be sent out immidiately. So no quibble,no questions asked he promply posted out a replacement, i recieved it just days later. WOW.
