Item ordered 5/12/24, received 5/21/24. packaged in a plastic bag that was partially mutilated along with the shipping labels. Inspection of item revealed it to be the wrong order. Unable to contact seller by listed phone # but messaging through Ebay was excellent. The seller was professional, honest, and timely in their message replies. the return process proceeded without incident and I was refunded the full purchase price plus shipping costs. rate neutral due to professionalism and honesty.

The shipping was horrible (not the sellers fault no problem with seller) it was USPS. Unfortunately this would normally not be an issue but this time i needed the part. Again seller had no responsibility in this i think it got lost for a time in the Mail
