    Better off buying TRP R970 SL or EQ

    These are too expensive for the 40grams you would save over TRP R970 SL or EQ's. They are hard to put on and get adjusted. You have to replace the cable housings and by all I've read and then had to do is replace the cables because even the slightest cable drag causes problems. I've got both TRP R970 SL & EQ's and they both brake just as well. The EE's do, in the unopened factory box, come with carbon rim pads. The back EE caliper weighed 97grams with pads. A pair of 9100 Dura Ace weighed 335grams. The TRP R970 SL & EQ's are expensive too but a much better value if brakes this expensive could be called a value. The best is always expensive.
