Vendor said the hats "...are like snowflakes, each one is different..." I the conversation continued, Vendor said they had no hats in the size listed, again stressing the inability to control quality. Returns would mean that shipping costs equal to the item costs. The listing does open with "Handmade Item..." But no where is mentioned one of a kind or sizes vary. FYI eBay returns are at NO COST to you. eBay supplies the label. I am in no way disreputable! You are unreasonable. I still offer the above solutions.
