It was brand new as advertised. Had a yellow cotton shoulder strap. The one I received was missing beads. Everything was corroded and had a white dirty cotton. Shoulder strap contacted seller for a 4 refund. And they said that they would not and we had to pay shipping costs

Every couple of years, I purchase 5-10 cotton Kaftans for wearing to bed and around the house. This seller has always given me a wonderful 'deal' and allowed me to choose my designs. They are well made, packed beautifully and arrive within a. week from India to Australia. Terrific communication and negotiations. Lovely designs. The cotton becomes softer with each wash and I look forward to my next purchases. Thanks again Handicraft Palace.
