I bought three of these knives. One was broken, one had the toothpick and the screwdriver bent, and all three of them were filthy and dull. These are not used, they are abused. How many other people is this seller going to cheat while I have to wait seven days to complain about it? I want full free refund and I will not send these knives back. I am going to throw them away because they are useless! I want a full refund with no return. eBay should be embarrassed by their seven day policy!

Simply request a return they are free. You also seem to miss the point of the 7 day window. If you read the message it says contact the seller and give them a chance to make it right please before leaving feedback. If you don't like an item request a return or message the seller and see if they can make it right if not then leave feedback. Also you can not keep the items, demand a refund and leave negative feedback and expect much help form the seller.
