The black plastic bag that the shifter cable comes packaged in was forcibly torn apart. Looks like this item was a return. Ordered replacement parts from Summit racing. Attempted to reach out to seller to try to make things right before I wrote this. Never got a response.

Smooth operation, looks great, easy install. It does let more water through that I expected but not bad, and it also doesn't stop at different intervals. Just completely open or completely closed. Not big requirements for me but should be aware if they are for you.
