Could tell it been used by all the markings on the base of the fan. Plus it was broken and the broken pieces was even in the box and wire was pulled out. Which clearly shows it was broken before it was shipped. Then contacted seller and was told to shipped it back and report it.

I alerted the seller and they researched this and agreed, apparently it was returned to them (for no reason). They were great with communication and let me know they would ship it right back out to me. They provided a new tracking number and the item shows duplicate today. Seller had great communication and notified me that the one they had was defective one and asked I waited a bit so he make it right and send me a new working unit vs sending me a known defective one. Would recommend seller based on honestly and fulfilling the order.
