It's pretty nice.
The application is easy and comfortable, I don't need to use my fingers and that's a big plus. The balm itself is nice, don't know if really helps with inflammation as it's stated, cause i don't have one. I did had a cracked corner of my mouth and didn't notice any improvement no matter how often i've applied the balm. So for healing i would say that it doesn't do much. But its pleasant wearing it, softens the lips, no sticky feeling. Since I'm a smoker it does wear off fast, can't blame the product for that.
