The radiator is quality and fit well in my 99 s10 Zr2 4x4. However, the stock oil cooler lines do not fit. I had to purchase aftermarket fittings to screw into the radiator and clamp oil hoses. Minimal work but would have been better for the part to bolt directly to stock equipment. Arrived quickly and did not leak but be weary as extra parts are needed.

The radiator is quality and fit well in my 99 s10 Zr2 4x4. However, the stock oil cooler lines do not fit. I had to purchase aftermarket fittings to screw into the radiator and clamp oil hoses. Minimal work but would have been better for the part to bolt directly to stock equipment. Arrived quickly and did not leak but be weary as extra parts are needed.

Radiator
Radiator would not connect using existing oil lines. Had to convert to quick disconnect oil lines and use a Dorman connector 800-607 and had to grind off end of connector down to about a quarter inch of threads. Passage on radiator is so small that it constricts oil flow into and out of radiator and oil is not cooled enough. Oil pressure goes down to 20 psi at idle, normally runs at 40 psi. Oil is not cooling enough. Transmission cooling has the same constriction. Took radiator out and bought a radiator from Advance. Now have about $300 dollars in radiators and many hours of labor. Certified mechanic, my expierence.
NOTHING fit correctly. It is not a direct replacement. Cooler fittings were wrong and had to order different ones. Lower shroud had to be cut and zip tied to fit. Now it has just started leaking at a core weld. Save your money and buy a plastic end cap radiator that drops right in. It would be good only for a custom fabrication in a street rod.

Cons, NOT AN OEM REPLACEMENT. I had hoped maybe the previous comments had gotten mis tapped holes. I was wrong. Oil line fittings don't fit AND looking through them I didn't have the hard to find out like a previous commenter that the oil ports were TINY compared to OEM. After being charged even more by Canada's new import fees I just didn't feel like dealing with the headache of returning it either. Pros, Shiney aluminum.Cons, NOT AN OEM REPLACEMENT.
