Called Apple rep, and it was sorted out quickly. Seller ships ~5 days after buy, probably waiting for ebays payment.

Communication was not so good from the seller, response was delayed and when they responded they didn't answer the question satisfactorily. On the item Description they mentioned that it would be 2 day shipping for the unit to be delivered. I didn't get it until after 5 days.
