    The golf club was wrapped so tightly in layers and layers of plastic and packing tape that I had to spend 1/2 hour cutting it off and in doing so, damaged the club. It should have been shipped in a proper box and not sent the way it was. I don't recommend this vender.

The real problem appears to be the way you decide take a sharp object to the item to unwrap it.
