Leider falsch gekauft!!! Unfreundliches und Arrogante Gehabe auf Anfrage wegen einer Sendungsnummer !!! Annahme verweigert !!! Retournieren nicht möglich wegen fehlender Angaben. Nach 6 Tagen nach gefragt mit der Bitte bei DPD nach zu fragen,wurde abgewiegelt !!! Ebay eingeschaltet dann ging’s ganz schnell mit viellllllll rumjammern weil ich ja ein so schlimmer Kunde bin usw. Kaufsumme von 868€ gab es dann auch schnell zurück !!! Habe dann bei Autotehm direkt gekauft für 20% günstiger. Merci

Wir waren zu keiner Zeit unfreundlich oder arrogant. Sie haben automatisch eine Sendungsnummer erhalten, sobald die Ware versendet wurde. Diese haben wir ihnen auch zusätzlich nochmals mitgeteilt. Sie haben die Annahme verweigert. Dabei ist bei DPD beim Verladen ein Problem aufgetaucht. Dies haben wir ihnen höflich mitgeteilt. Aber auch, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine weiteren Informationen vorlagen und wir warten müssen bis wir eine Antwort von DPD erhalten. Verständnis hatten sie dafür nicht.

Der Artikel ist leider defekt. Wir hatten ihn durch eine Werkstatt montieren lassen wollen, dafür Zeit und Geld investiert. Das war für ein Kundenfahrzeug. Ein anderes Gerät funktionierte sofort. Der Lieferant war nicht bereit Ersatz zu schicken. Müsste er einschicken,
wir sollen auf unsere Kosten zusenden und warten was Hersteller sagt.
Einbauanleitung war nicht wie beschrieben dabei.
Wir sind auch gewerblich, was sollen unsere Kunden sagen?
Hier bestellen wir nicht wieder!!

Im deutschen Recht ist verankert, dass ein Verkäufer das Recht auf Prüfung und Nachbesserung hat. Wir sind nicht verpflichtet, ein Bauteil ungesehen direkt auszutauschen. Wir haben ihnen nach Bekanntgabe des vermutlichen Defekts umgehend geantwortet und verständlich mitgeteilt, wie der weitere Weg in diesem Fall ist. Darauf haben sie fast drei Wochen gar nicht reagiert. Die Einbauanleitung haben wir ihnen nachweislich mehrfach per Mail übersendet.
