    This item was shipped in a secure timely manner. The bad , which is I why I gave a negative review is once I opened the packaging , the item that was listed as new was really dirty. So dirty I had to hand wash and scrub all the clothes and the figures head. When I contacted the seller he said it was new. When I sent him 3 pics of the drying items he didn't respond. No sorry, thanks for letting him know about the matter, no apology or refund. This figure was displayed openly IMO. No proof
