Minor cosmetic imperfections - a few drive trays were bent and had to be bent back into place with a pair of pliers. Took less than 10 seconds on any drive tray that was afflicted, this did not impact the operation of the NetApp. A 24 bay sas shelf with all the trays was a good buy at this price.

I went downstairs and was SHOCKED to see it sitting there, waiting to be unboxed.
