OMG, this whole transaction was nothing short of miraculous. I can hardly believe the quality of the guitar case. It’s incredible. Item purchase was b-day gift, after assembly, final step install griddle plate, notified seller won't seat rt, and sent pictures of defects, seller sent message to direct refund 12$, and keep unit, at no point did they offer to replace, kept saying shipping cost, declined my offer to settle, had unit repair at local fabrication shop as needed for family plans bday party,this weekend, since declining to cvr repair cost at least, seller hasn't made been heard from
