    Top notch customer service! We will buy from again! Excellent quality parts better made than the ones from the company themselves. We were particularly pleased with the ingenuity in design of said parts and add-ons. After install, the bowl friction reducer (a replacement part for v-drain) feels like a no-brainer and immediately stopped the scraping sound sometimes heard when the bowl rotates. The armature add-on is fantastic- after the 2nd use we understood why he made it.
