    Decent Product

    The Ice Gel Wrap Hot Cold Pack is just the right size for a 5'5" / 145-pound persons' shoulder. The gel pack (only one come with product), could stay warm or cold longer than it does. You will need assistance putting it on.

    Good ice pack, bad velcro strap

    Perfect icepack shape for shoulder. Strap needs better velcro to keep icepack in place. Velcro designed to connect ends of strap to each other, not to hold icepack. No "holding" velcro on one end & on wrong side of strap...would need to twist strap to connect...if it actually worked. Very unhappy.

    Gel pac

    These functional extremely well, are very versatile and last a long time with use. I had major spinal surgery and having these ready to use with ease truly rescued me from pain and inflammation. I highly recommend this product. I ordered twice so that I had back ups ready and frozen for my use.

    Slits...then maybe fits

    The holder for the bag did not have slits for the shoulder strap to feed thru. It was cumbersome trying to adjust the strap onto the velcro only and expecting it to fit snug. The bag and holder are of good quality and the value was also good...but fit was my primary reason for the purchase. I simply bought two hot water bottles and am trying to contort my shoulder into a position that gives it some relief. (Consider adding slits to the top of the wrap so the strap can be fed thru it - making the product more secure around the shoulder) Thanks for allowing me to comment. Maybe I will try cutting slits into the holder myself and see if that works.

    Doesn’t Quite Live Up To Descriptoon

    The gel portion froze solid and was quite inflexible. The Velcro elasticized straps do not adhere to the blue fabric, therefore the unit cannot be secured to cover the shoulder/arm as in the photographs. The gel pack is thin and does not retain the cold as long as expected.
