SCAM: Beware of this bait and switch seller. This seller accepted my full price offer and deposit on a car on February 28th. After numerous attempts to contact the seller 3-4 times on eBay and 8-10 times via phone to the dealership to make shipping arrangements, on March 2nd a salesman told me that they were selling the car to someone else claiming they never received the eBay sale. I am reaching out to eBay fraud and State AG re: this clear contract violation as well as an eBay violation.

I purchased this van through the "Buy it Now" option. The Seller accepted my payment. After trying to reach the Seller and leaving messages, I was finally contacted, only to be told that the van I purchased was sold. My money was refunded, but what I really wanted was what I bought. Disappointing.
