The windsock I received is made of heavy duty material with vibrant colors. The ring/loop at the leash end is probably inserted after the fabric is sewn as it is not a solid piece. Rather, there is a short tube that holds the ends close together. One day I noticed the circular shape had become more oval and thought the ring/loop was broken. Feeling around I found the ring/loop had come out of the tube on one side. I felt it back into the tube and it has been fine since.
