      Stills eyeliner

      Honestly the worst eyeliner I’ve ever tried. It’s hard and hurts to put on your eye. And it will barely go on your hand unless you push down really hard. The liner it’s self is dry and has bits of glitter. Do not recommend. Not good for your eyes
