This computer has done everything I needed it to do. I am pleased with it. There was not a bunch of extra software loaded. It runs great. The only issue it has is that the labels on the keyboard keys started wearing off within a week! I think they will be gone after another 6 months! I know how to type so I don't really need the labels on the keys, but it might be a problem if kids were trying to use it and didn't know where all the keys are!

Inaccurate description. The description claims it is a touch screen. It is not. It claims there are 8GB RAM, there are 4. Computer is overloaded with crippling software that makes it unusable until the software is deleted. Literally unusable. You need to have an intermediate knowledge of computers in order to get this to function.
