It is a high quality product. However, if a buyer is intending to mount this router onto a router table, the bolt holes for attaching this router to my table do not match. I then did an internet search to find a DeWalt router table. I could not find any router table manufactured by DeWalt. Of course, like so many products, there is no standard bolt pattern that all router manufacturers are required to use. Very powerful router that isn't overly large or heavy.
This thing is a beast. Pushes a 3/4" tool through hardwood like it's not even there. Soft start keeps it from jumping out of your hands on startup, and the variable speed keeps the burning under control with large tools. Haven't used the plunge base yet, but the way the fixed base works, changeover should take less than a minute.
