We have successfully repaired over 100 cases of customer J518. You attempted to request a refund, but then declined to return the original item to us. Instead, you wanted to keep the repaired J518 module. During our phone conversations, I have repeatedly asked you to return the original package to us so that we can identify the issue. However, you have been unwilling to do so.

The part did not work on my car and was missing a few pieces. I sent him the pictures immediately after receiving. He refunded the purchase price without any problems. From my understanding he rebuilds these parts and sells them, so I can see this happening from time to time. He seems to have a good reputation so I'll assume this was an honest mistake and give 5 stars. (By the way I will send you my other tcm/valve body free if you want to pay the shipping). Going to replace whole transmission.
