    This Stuffer is AWESOME

    Stainless steel, multiple tubes, 2-speed, air blowoff. Super easy to use. I’ve been using a water stuffer for years and what a pain! The ONLY downside of this piece of equipment is that the frame is a little sharp-be careful when grabbing it. Otherwise, it is extremely easy to use for a 1-person operation. I only make 6-10lbs of sausage a week and this is perfect!! Excellent quality and it is very easy to get uniform extrusion without breaking the casing. Photo is me using the canister and piston as a blooming rack after smoking. Meat extrudes evenly and sausages are uniform inside and out.

    Missed the mark

    The stuffer in theory is good, and initially it did not look bad. When I opened it I noticed it was not from Hakka Brothers like stated in the listing. The tubes supposed to be stainless but the seams were rusty, and the crank handle was rusty as well. I also noticed the edges were really sharp and actually I got a small cut on my finger from the edge. I returned the stuffer.

    Nice , Quality machine

    this is a good quality stuffer. the gears are well constructed and easy to turn. made of good quality material, easy to clean and take apart.. my only complaint is it was damaged a little in shipping apparently and since I had to use it that weekend I was not able to return it. the right side was slightly bent and this caused the machine to sit crooked on the counter. If it wasn't needed quickly I would have returned it. overall nice machine, quality built and it should last quite some time!!

    This machine is well built, came packed perfect and was an outstanding value... No it is not flimsy...

    Used it today along with the mixer that i also purchased and what a day of making sausage. Works very well and heavy duty. It is a bit sharp on the edges so be aware of that.
