2002 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT
Fit on my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT The original part # is 55359869AA (now discontinued - thanks MOPAR) but this replacement Part (55277217AA) works with just 2 caveats: 1. it is thicker so part (about 1 mm) of it will stick below the door when closed, not much, and the part that sticks out is premolded to conform to the door; as if it was made to fit like that - possibly an engineering rework of the original. 2. you will have to trim off the extra part that goes just past the tapered end; very, very easy to do. Good deal
The seal fits perfectly in place of the original on my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Quad Cab pickup. Had to snip off a little tab on one end of the seal as my truck does not have holes to accommodate the tab. Has no effect on the fit of the seal.
