Proper OEM Replacement Parts Work Perfectly
No cons, at least not yet. The weir flap fits well and works as it should. The water in the skimmer is really agitated now compared to what it was before the flap was installed. I had no problem installing the flap. I removed the screw holding the last remaining piece of the old flap and, pulled it out easily. I was able to install the new flap and screw it in place by myself, working through the top of the skimmer and the skimmer entrance conjointly . It was not necessary to call for assistance but I can see that for some, installation may require 2 persons.No cons, at least not yet. The weir flap fits well and works as it should. HAYWARD SKIMMER WEIR
Solid piece of equipment to replace old part that was sticking. Googled how to take out old one and put this new one in - was easy peazy! P.S.: a little glue to screw head so you don't lose screw reaching in. Skimmer works wonderful now - no worries now!

Not An Exact Fit.
Pulled model number from original parts. The tension points fit snug but weir flaps out beyond side walls and allows debris to flow back into pool. Not sure what the remedy is.
