So let me get this straight, you send me the wrong carpet, (which can't be discovered until after you cut it and install it 90+ percent...then you realize the hump under the dash is TOTALLY wrong on size and shape) and then you want me to tear it back out after I already installed it once and send it back??? Then reinstall ANOTHER one that may be wrong too!? Nobody in their right mind would want to go through all that. I offered them the chance for a refund and good feedback. They chose poorly.

Item exactly as described, seller gets high marks for description and communication. Unfortunately, USPS service would be better if they didn't exist. I actually live less than an hour's drive from the seller's location, somehow the USPS managed to take more than 3 weeks (22 days) to deliver the package. This package could have been delivered literally over 500 times. USPS is far, far worse than incompetent. Hatred isn't nearly nasty enough. Blinding rage.
