    It worked. I used ForScan to program them myself.

    I was able to program these myself using ForScan in the ignition with NO issues whatsoever. I was also able to program the remote functions using another original key and the on, off 8x sequence. I now have REMOTE START I am so excited. The Remotes on these are not quite right. The Remote start FUNCTIONS. However, if you press Remote start 1 time (not 2x) the truck will remote start. This does 2 things 1 it creates an occasional unwanted remote start at home from my pocket. 2, when remote started (running from a remote start) I am unable to kill a running engine (no key in ignition) from the remote. I SHOULD be able to press Remote start 1 more time and kill a remote started running engine but cannot. When I press 1 time, it only adds run time as if I had hit it 2x. The panic button ...
