Good quality at an incredible price. Performs as well as much more expensive machines. Durability is a question, since I haven't had it for enough time to make a judgement, but so far it's holding out pretty well. good to make the dough
I tried the soft bread and the french bread, they both didn't come out right, one was too doughy the other one didn't mix right. I tried the dough only and take it out, make little breads and bake them in my oven, that way it worked perfectly. the add and minus sign, I don't know how to use it, only to add time to the starting point. I wanted to see if it work to mix more time, but I couldn't do it. Quite Reliable
At least the bread pan remains in place once it’s turned into the mechanism that operates the kneading paddle. Although the loaves that I’ve prepared thus far are almost flat on the top—after the first highest rising, the loaf falls again before it begins to rise again and bake, the loaves are very good. Although it does not contain as many features as more highly priced machines, this machine’s bread pan reliability is why I recommend the quality of the machine. The non-stick interior of the bread pan and paddle pose no problem now, nor in the future. When converting grams to cups, I referred to the conversion exclusively of bread flour and all-purpose unbleached flour, because the conversion of solids and other materials vary in volume for obvious reasons, and the applicable conversion must be based only on the flour that a given recipe requires. I keep a page with the conversions in the User’s Guide that was written by someone who is not fluent with English, but whose words are nonetheless interpretative.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great little machine
This Bread Machine is great. You follow the recipies and let the machine do the work. I love fresh Bread and it is delicious when still warm from the oven. This machine stays put when in operation and does not bounce around. The skin of the machine does not get hot when in use which is a big plus. Once you’ve de-ciphered the manual the item works great. I’ve tried the French bread and the whole meal recipes and my most unreasonable and aggressive critic (my wife) thought the loaves were pretty good. The non stick coating is great. The timer allows you to awake in the morning to the smell of baking bread.
