2 of the 21 had a pretty nice scratch and 80% has a bunch of little scratches 15% look %99 good most have a bad paint job and the colors bleed past where they are supposed to. come in opened bubble wrap and had fallen out by the time of arrival and all them banging together is how I assume they got all the scratches

The picture for this showerhead shows it is mounted in a holder. When I received it, it came in a plastic baggie not in a package. I contacted the seller and he said it does not come with it. Then he said, go ahead and read the listing. For the price I paid I should have got the holder for the showerhead. Other sellers sell it with it. Since this was a USA seller, I assumed he would be good, but not so . I asked if he could send me a holder or a small refund so I could buy one. He said no .

The transaction was not flawless 1 of 2 two items did not ship or arrive. No packing slip was provided in the box so it was a grey area. Seller resolved the situation quickly. Product as described. Had some difficulty figuring out the on/off of the flashlight. Fast double push to turn off. Single push to turn on or scroll through flashlight settings. Instruction slip and packing slip on multiple items would help.
