My neighbor has committed about my weight loss. I've only had this thing for 2 weeks. I cant believe how easy it is to use. The 3 different levels takes some getting used to set. Once you have your level of resistance set. It's a no brainer to use. My work out last about 2 commercials twice a day and its already showing. This thing's actually pretty good . It feels like something's gonna snap any minute because it's not very well made - but it was only $50 .
