    The item purchased was breakable. Unfortunately the item arrived broken. The packaging needed to be way better then what it was packaged in. It needed much more padding especially on the inside of the napkin holder. The package also needed to be labeled fragile all over it. I'm pretty sure the item was not handled carefully by USPS as it was stuffed in my mailbox with other items that arrived. I messaged the seller and the seller was very quick to get back to me and refund me. Thanks!
