Your one stop fix for the winter blahs/ general lethargy in the morning/ jet lag

"easy to use and to store"
needed a light called the sic light or the therapy light, it goes by many names. found one that needed to be a blue light that is easier that the bright light on my eyes,as I had surgery on my eyes. I got the light and it is a good product. it helps with depression and sad feelings that people have during the day and helps with sleep. I use it 15 to 30 minutes a day and it has helped. Money well spent
It took about 5 days to notice a difference. I live in Michigan and we have not had sunshine for the past month. Winters can be very depressing hear without the sunshine. The best
This is the greatest light for SAD that I have tried. Bright enough to actually make a difference! The timer function makes it so easy. Sometimes I do 15 minutes and sometimes 30 minutes over breakfast. When the light turns off I know I am good to go. I wish I had never wasted my time on anything else. Also tough as nails- I had one (or the previous version) for nearly 20 years before my kid dropped my old one from a great height and it broke. It lasted from my teen years into my mid 30s. I tried a few other lights but I am glad I came back to the best there is.
